Nadia is our Executive Director, driven by the belief that climate justice can only be achieved through strong safeguards, accountable climate finance, and genuine participation of communities whose lives are most impacted. She is committed to ensuring that development and environmental policies truly uphold equity, transparency, and the protection of Indonesia’s critical ecosystems. She leads the organization’s strategic direction and oversees the delivery of high-impact programs, while cultivating partnerships with civil society, government, and international institutions. Her leadership is grounded in advancing governance systems that center community rights and strengthen environmental and social protections. Nadia spent seven years at the International NGO Forum on Indonesian Development (INFID) before joining the Bank Information Center (BIC). For more than six years, she has focused on climate change and forest protection, specializing in climate finance and safeguard standards, and brings additional experience in media, project management, stakeholder engagement, and policy analysis.
