Aulia Putri Pertiwi

Aulia Putri Pertiwi is our HRGA Senior Officer, driven by a strong commitment to supporting organizations that work toward social impact. She has a deep passion for the social sector, which has shaped the direction of her career and the values she brings to her role. She began her professional journey in 2013 by joining an NGO, where she built her early foundations in human resources and administrative management. In 2017, Aulia ventured into the private sector to broaden her experience and strengthen her operational and organizational skills. However, her dedication to social work remained unwavering. In February 2019, she returned to the NGO sector by joining Madani Berkelanjutan, where she now plays a key role in ensuring effective HR and general administration systems that support the organization’s mission and day-to-day operations.
